* How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our online gallery, select your desired product or custom service, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
* What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major secure payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.
* How long will it take to receive my order?
Once an order is placed, your purchased products will be dispatched for shipping within 4 to 7 Indian working days. Estimated delivery time for domestic purchases will be 2 to 10 days post the dispatch. International delivery times may vary from 1 to 3 weeks post the dispatch.
* Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please review your order and address carefully before finalizing your purchase.
* Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any orders.
* How are the products shipped?
Our products are securely packed in recycled paper box/ envelope, which is further sealed in a water proof compostable courier bag to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
* What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your wearable art arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video. and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary. For more information, please check our Return Policy.
* Do you customise scarves?
Yes we do. Colour, design motif to suit the occasion. We need time of approx 10 days to customize any products.
* Can I get the exact shade of colour?
Colours vary in every lot of natural dyeing and try our best to get the closest shade.
* Best time to place orders for eco printing?
October onwards in north India for certain leaves and flowers. Marigold and rose can be done all year round.
* How long does it take to customise an order for 20 scarves?
7 to 10 days depending on the season.
* Can I have a special name/quote calligraphed on the scarf?
Yes.Please message us the name/ quote on WhatsApp.
* Can the scarves be gift wrapped?
Yes we gift wrap and add a handwritten note for the occasion.
* How do I care for my plant dyed silk scarf?
Store it flat and untied. Remove any brooch or pins before storing. Dry cleaning is recommended.
For Indigo dyed silk, hand wash separately using 3 Tbsp synthetic white vinegar and 1 ltr cold water. For other natural dyes, use neutral detergent in cold water. Dip the scarf and gently squeeze the silk with hands for about a minute or 2. Remove and rinse in water. Gently squeeze and line dry.Do not bleach .Iron on medium heat at silk temperature.
* How is the product packed for shipping?
SCARF BOX-The scarf is carefully packed in a tree-free, acid-free paper box: This reaches you safely in a compostable courier bag.
* What is the return / refund policy?
This exquisite product is non-refundable. Only eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery in an unlikely event of damage or defect. Please refer to the return / exchange policy.
* Can I cancel my order?
CANCELLATION requests will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once shipped or delivered.
* What are the shipping charges?
SHIPPING-Complimentary shipping above a purchase of 2500 INR across India within 4 to 5 business days. SHIPPING GLOBALLY-Charges apply . Delivery within 25 to 30 business days. In some cases custom clearance may take longer. Duties and taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
