Shipping Locations

* We deliver to all major cities and towns across India.Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a fewdays.

Shipping Charges: A standard shipping fee will be applied. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

* Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Other locations: 4-7 business days.Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, pandemic, etc.).

Order Tracking

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our website using the tracking number.

Delivery Partners

* We partner with leading courier services such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely deliveries.

International Shipping

* Shipping Charges apply . Delivery within 25 to 30 business days. In some cases custom clearance may take longer. Duties and taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

* In case your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or absence, the package will be returned to us and you will be contacted for further action.

Damaged or Lost Packages

* If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at indiespiral@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
