● Fold the bag into two and microwave for 2.5 minutes on a clean microwave plate to avoid foodstains on the therapy bag. Set the microwave to 60 sec, 60 sec, 30 sec. Remains hot to warm for an hour. Use for aching joints stiff muscles and menstrual cramps or just to keep warm in winter!
